Hi ya
When i was in aussie in the 1980s i Remember enjoying the odd redback
in the pubs over there . I would like to try and make a clone for this beer
has anyone got a partial mash recipe they have done with success.
I cant remember if this beer was cloudy i know it had sediment in the bottem and they put a lemon in the top :)
It would be nice to score some yeast from the bottom of one of those bottles but i only brought home a Empty one
Cheers Daza

Hi Daza,

I can't help you with a recipe, sorry.

However, from memory this was bottle conditioned when in its infancy, but is now artificially carbonated before bottling.

Anyone with a recipe?

Cheers,

Oliver
