Guys,
I have limited resources as I have no HBS coveniently located nearby.

I have before me 1 tin of Cascade Godlen Harvest, I kg tin of brewiser Liquid brewing Sugar, 1kg of Brewiser & 1kg Coopers dextrose powder - oh and approx 15g of corriander seeds.

Should I use liquid brewing sugar or dextrose (or both in a boil)?

Would crushed corriander seeds make the brew interesting?

Thanks in advance,
Oscar.

Go the dextrose and if you don't have any finishing hops let it rest.

Why would you want to contaminate a good lager with coriander???

It's bad enuff when they use it in Hoergarden. Why stuff up a good lager and try and make it taste like a shitty wheat beer.

BTW I ahte wheat beers and all those fancy Hoergarten things. The Krauts had it right. Malt, hops water. If ya can't get malt use dextrose!!!!!!

Oscar,

The coriander used in Asian cooking is the leaf. The stuff they put in Hoegaarden is the seeds.
