Have made this before without hops and loved it but want to try it with hops now to see what I can get.. Can someone suggest some hops to add to this receipe.

Coopers Real Ale
1kg Coopers BE2
500g LDME
325 Honey
And was going to try and pitch yeast from a Coopers Pale or Sparkling Ale (whichever I feel like drinking tonight!!)
Also was thinking about using 1kg of malt and reducing the Brew Enhancer to 500g this time.

What sort of hops would work well? Fuggles or goldings maybe?
Or should I not bother...

I did a similar brew with

Coopers RA
1.5kg LDM
20g Amarillo (flavour)
20g Cascade (aroma)
1 1/2 cups malt to prime

Fantastic beer.

An interesting question, what hops to use?

I am a big fan of Cascade so they would go well and impart a nice citrus nose. Then you have Golding and Fuggles which are youer classic English Pale Ale hops or you could try some Amarillo hops which are used in American Pales.
