1. what kit?
2. what malt?
3. what hops?
4. what honey?
5. what yeast?
6. and how much of each?

1. Wals or Morgans
2. Morgans wheat malt
3. Thinking Hallertau, Tettnager or Saaz. Noble hops for a Belgium/German Brew
4. Yellowbox and about 500gm
5. Safwheat

Now, I am not a wheat beer man, as a matter of fact I hate it!!!!!!!!!!

Someone else can wok out quantities for you, but 500gm of yelowbox is a must....substitute clover honey or rainforest honey, BUT NEVER, USE ANY GUM HONEY OR EUCALYPT HONEY AS ALL YOU WILL TASTE IS EUCALYPTUS!!!!!!!

No such thing, K-97 is just a German Ale yeast. Safbrew S-33 is reportedly decent for Belgian styles, but you need to go liqiud otherwise.
