Ive got to bottle a pale ale today or the next 2 days and i have a lager sitting in the secondary for a week now so i have to decide whether to bottle or rack into a cube and put it in a fridge for a month. Not sure as yet as i dont have a cube so i might just bottle it.

Anyways i was on the Coopers forum and i was asking about the Mexican Creszva and Paul suggested i use 2 cans One the mexican and another Pale ale and using both yeasts and add about 250grm or dextrose. Just wandering have any guys done this or no what my results would be like?? Should i try any finishing hops?? if so what type??

I have got the mexican Creszva and will putting a brew down again in the next couple days so i curious should i try this or does any one else have any other suggestions on how i should use this??

You could do this or you could add a brewbooster to the mexican can on its own maybe something like brewcraft # 15 or similar, this would give you something along the lines of corona.
Ive never done a two can mix and price wise its much of a muchness so take your pick i guess

Thats what i was thinking. If i go out and buy another can that could be another batch of beers so i might go get a booster and try that. I will pop in my brew shop after i finnish here from work.

Cheers for the heads up

FWIW, I'm down to my last bottle of a Cooper's Cerveza + 1kg LDME.

I gave one to the woman from Australian Winemakers (where I'd bought
my kit and who had expressed curiosity). Our mutual conclusion: not particularly in-style, but damn good.

Even Mrs DrTom reckons it's okay.

Must put on anothery.

I stuffed up it wasnt the mexican beer it was Canadian Blonde and Pale Ale. Anyways i done as you said lethal and went and got the beer booster number 15. The # 15 will obviously be different in the blonde but will still be good as they are only a kind of malt booster so dont worry bout that  should be a good drop
