Now that I am hooked on the Morgans range, I am looking at the Morgan's Stockmans Draught as my next brew.

Has anyone any experience with this kit, any tips or special additives you would recommend?

Cheers
Chris

In my opinion you want a draught to be nice and malty with not much hop bitterness, id go with either the brewcraft # 20 brewbooster or just a kg of plain old light dried malt and it should be great, i wouldnt add any extra hops but thats just me, also depends on the style of draught that your after and your own personal taste, i brew a carlton draught clone which is a beermakers draught and the # 20 with a saflager yeast, made up to 22litres and i love it but i have never used the stockmans

Appreciate the reply.
Without being too rude, can you explain saflager yeast? I have seen it mentioned in numerous other threads....sorry if this is a dumb question? :?

a lot of people on here like these yeasts. I have tried a few times and my personal opinion is they are bettter than kit yeasts.

No question about beer is dumb
Saflager is a top quality dried yeast sold at most if not all homebrew stores ( you wont find it in supermarkets) it is a lager yeast that brews well at a good range of temps 9-15*C is recommended but people on here have had success at mid 20 temps, if you want to use it just get rid of the kit yeast and pitch the saflager instead as per normal brewing
