Mid-range for me.... with the occasional high octane belgian in the mix

I don't think I know how to do low alcohol - any time I think about it, I find myself wanting to put more malt in.

mid range for me - made one brew each either side of it, rest approx 5%.

Really like my big beers, but I am also a fan of my 4.5%ish session beers.

Most of mine are around 4.5-6%, although I'm not going to skip on malt just to get the alcohol down. Neither am I going to add more fermentables just for the sake of getting the alcohol up.

My strongest yet was my Rauchbier, at 6.7%. Defienately not a session beer, but oh so delicious.

You can have a session on the big beers, just not a long session.

My 10 brews range from 4-7.5%, and the ones around 5-5.5 taste the best, easiest to drink down.
Drink a big one, brain half head. Drink another one brain nearly dead.
If i wanted to get wasted then I'll just drink 4 session beers, rather than 2 big beers.
Summer will see all these beers disappear though

I mainly do 4.5-5.5 for my regular beers and 5.5 - 8.5 for special taste testing sessions.

Mostly mid range for me but i do the odd one at 8-9%

Mid range. Big ones like the bock and dopplebocks sneak up on you. They don't taste shtonkering!

I brew for flavour and it seam's to be at the 6 and over mark , have tried mid range and under but it just doesn't cut it - to watery.

Most of my brews end up from 5-6.5%, sometimes over, never under
