Pilsner and Irish stout recipes

Hi All,
New guy again
I'm keen on doing two brews this weekend. I'd like to make a pilsner and a honey Irish milk stout. I'd prefer to do a partial for both (I'm not at AG standard yet). Could anyone recommend a good/great recipe for these? I have a fridge to brew the pilsner in 
When using honey, which honey should I use and why?
