Muntons Blonde Beer

Hi there,

I have a Munton's Blonde beer in the cupboard, along with 600g of Dextrose and 400g of Maltodextrin (and some Cascade hops).

Now, I've never strayed beyond the stock standard can + fermentables (and I ususally use liquid malt) + hops.

For this one, I'm thinking of playing around a bit.

Any suggestions? I don't mind upping the ante on the alcohol front but not fussed either way.

Cheers!

Put this one down. OG is 1.035 so looks like I have a mid-strength on the way. The yeast (from the can) is a bit slow, even with some rehydration.

Still, I wanted a light, easy drinking one so the Dextrose/Maltodextrin with Cascade hops should do the trick.

I'll let you know how this goes.

Brought one myself too, haven't figured out how to do it, I what to make it little bit drier on side, not 100% all malt.
