Simple yet tasty suggestions???

Just wondering if anyone has any simple, although tasty suggestions for a brewer who is only knew to the brewing phenonemon.. something that will get my taste buds rolling???

what type of commercial beers do you like? lagers or ales? malty or dry and watery :lol:

Easy, but good. You could replace the BE2 with LDME if you like it malty.

* Coopers Bitter kit
* Coopers Brew Enhancer 2
* Cascade hop pellets, 17g at 3 mins

Boil 2 L water, add BE2, boil for 5 mins, added cascade hop pellets, boil for 3 mins, add Coopers Bitter can, dissolve, add lid. Clean fermenter, fill to 10L with cold, add hot wort. Top up to 23L, pitch kit yeast.
