Two can brew - wheat beer

Is this likely to be the stupidest thing I've ever done?
Was thinking along the lines of;
2x can of Morgans Golden wheat sheaf
700g honey
300g medium crystal
15g corriandar seeds cracked
rind of 2 oranges (less plith)
I figured that if im dublin the IBU's I may aswell add some malt.

Will this displease the brewing god's irreversably? Or will it just suck next to a Hoegaarden irrespective if the god's could give half a rat's arse.

Brewing is like Art..... I have done couple of brews where I thought f**k it, like I did with my Malt Shovel, and it smells nice, try something different. It's all part of the fun.

Just don't worry too much, it only can improve with age if you are lucky enough.

I might cut back with honey.... I am not keen on honeys, thats just me.

all that honey will make it a little dry

but if you give the beer a couple of months in the bottles - it should be just fine!

sweet, my main concern was that it would be to bitter to be palatalbe, considering that wheats are under hoped in the first place, and there isn't a lot else to balance it, unlike a two can stout.

EDIT: theres an n in concern :wink:

you will find that 2 cans aren't that bitter if you give them a few months

the stout + dark ale i did was really bitter at first but now its really mellow
