squires amber ale

I've knocked up a brew of morgans amber ale with 1kg of caramalt and 500gm of pure honey,do you think i should add some cascade hops after 2-3 days or has anyone got a better recipe for this wonderful ale.

That will be pretty damn sweet! I'd have added some hops in the boil to balance it out a bit.
As for cascade, add some in 2ndary for some aroma.
I wouldn't expect this to taste too much like JS, but it could still be pretty good. Next time, I wouldn't use so much crystal.
