Funny ol' thang the onset of Christmas, me I have been thinking about a ginger beer for Cheer ! So here goes with a lil experiment, simple with a splash of spice, I call Ginger Blush.

Ginger Blush

! x Coopers Ginger Beer
1x kg Raw sugar
Kit yeast
6 x organic Mulled wine tea bags ( Rosehip, apple pieces, hibiscus, orange pieces, cloves, cinnamon pieces, orange oil ( essential) )
Fresh Ginger 3 large pieces ( peeled and steeped in a tea with Mullled wine tea)
4 Cloves
1 lemon squeezed
Cinnamon 2 teaspoons

Make up the 'tea' with Mulled wine tea bags, fresh ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and Lemon, steep with boiling water for 1 hour. Mix kit as directed add the magic tea and pitch yeast.
This tastes and looks luscious, the blush comes from the Rosehip and is just delightful. Perfect for Christmas.

Instead of Rosehip you could add arsenic and serve it up to your in-laws at Christmas.

That looks lovely. I've been looking for a decent ginger beer recipe for me to use up my Coopers ginger beer tin, this looks like it'll be it! :)

Thanks rwh, like many of us here I cant help but experiment, I am sure this will appeal to many who dont like beer, and us girls who like some pink in their drink lol, well for Christmas anyhow. I know there is alot of room for improvement but hey Santa will be here in no time, get busy !
