Just picked up one of these kits from westbrew (3rd brew) and had a couple of questions.
When do you add the hopps? (As far as I could figure out was just before pitching the yeast? ) And do you put the satchel in the fermenter?
Also what temperature is best for the safale yeast (I currently have it in the cellar at 18 degrees)
And lastly has anyone tried this kit before? (I went there to get some coopers sparkling ale but didnt look like they had any so decided to try this out)

From the Westbrew website:
Using Hops
Mix hops with 300ml of water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. You can then add this directly to your brew, or strain it to use the liquid only as you prefer. Straining cuts down the sediment and slightly reduces the effect of the hops.

I was just thinking that it might work a treat,
A small one is worth about 30 bucks here so it is a lot of cake to stick out for a guess.
Glad to hear its cats, will give it a go this weekend
Thanks
