I think I got it bad...

Normal routine seems now to have it that Bottling Day is also Clean The Fermenter Day. The day after Clean The Fermenter Day is Kick Off a New Batch Day.
Batch #2 tasted real nice as I was bottling it (CPA + BE2) and Batch #3 looks promising at day 2 (CPA + 1kg LDME + 250g BE1 + Safale US 56). I am fermenting at 18-20C (In Melb!!!).
I figure that it might be appropriate to throw a bitter into the mix as Batch #4. Someone has previously suggested the Coopers Bitter Can plus 1KG BE2.
Given that I don't want to run before I can walk, what do you think I can/could/should/must do to make this a stunner?
Thanks !

1.7kg can coopers bitter
1kg BE 1
500g dextrose
13g Cascade hops @ 5 mins
11g Goldings hops @ 5 mins
3 pkts of coopers kit yeasts
I put down this brew on friday and it was just to get rid of some leftovers. the supermarket didn't have any BE2's or i would of used one of them.
what do you guys reckon, will it be any good?

BE2 seems hard to come by in all the places I've looked, except one - the CBD BigW.
I'm thinking of using 50-50 BE1 and LDME instead of BE2, although it is not quite the same, the ingredients are otherwise plentiful in my part of the world.

The only problem I can see with your rountine is that you are wasting a day here. Why not put a brew down after you clean the fermenter ?
A day without a beer brewing is a day without another choice beverage to quench your thirst.

Good advice
Also gives you more time to drink the next day
