Jub,
I've swiped this from Palmer and metricated the numbers, but it should put you in the ball park.
Victory and Chaos India Pale Ale
4.5Kg of Pale Ale Malt
200gm of Crystal 120
Single Temperature Infusion Mash at 67°C 60 minutes
55gm of Galena (11%) at 60 minutes
55gm of East Kent Goldings (5%) at 15 min.
25gm of East Kent Goldings (5%) at 5 min.
OG: 1.055 - 1.065
FG: 1.010 - 1.015
50 - 80 IBUs
Cheers,
Greg

Thanks Gregb and OldBugman, that is alot of goldings. I might do a mixture of goldings and fugles. I think the IPA that squire does says it has fuggles, but I think there is a bit goldings in there two.
I will hit this one in about 2 weeks. I have an APA based on Duane's recipe with the inclusion of some amerillo planned for this week.
But the recipie gregb submitted above gives me a good idea of the quantities and thanks OldBugman for the fuggles sugestion too.
Safale so4 sounds like the gents?
Cheers,
Jub

yeah s04 will do the trick for a dry yeast.
I'd be also putting some munich in the grain bill aswell.
one I did recently was 5kg ale malt, 600g munich and 400g wheat.

I have loosely decided on this one, please any suggestions,
4kg pale grain
1kg light munich grain
20g POR 10%- Cause I got some
10g Goldings 6.6% @ 30min
10g Goldings 6.6% @ 25min
10g Styrian Goldings 4.7%@ 20min
10g Fuggles 4-5% @ 10min
10g Fuggles 4-5% @ 5min
20g Fuggles at 0min, steep for 30mins then chill wort
Yeast s04
Should come out around 45-50ibu
Guessing OG 1050-1060
Above worked out at 20l but may be 30l so adjustment of hops may be neccessary.
Please somebody say something.

Looks good. If you have some extra Goldings lying around perhaps throw 10g in with the POR for 60 mins.

jubjub,
POR to those bittering levels is liable to give you a very bitter tasting brew. halve the por (if you must use it) & substitute with fuggles.

Cool, I hate POR and I'm trying to get rid of it. I'll move the goldings to 20g at 60min and put some more stryian goldings/fuggles in its place.
