I just want to say thank you to all on these forums.
I started brewing in Sept last year, my first batch is still undrinkable, Ive had another flop along the way, BUT, thanks to advice and tips gathered from these forums I did manage to supply, a family pre-christmas party, a family Xmas day gathering, 2 parties between Xmas and New Years Eve and new years Eve parties with beer. All but a few bottles of my 'ready to drink' stock is gone.
