Homebrews?
A confession: I've actually tasted most of the ones that say "not yet tasted", but have been too lazy (or drunk) to write any tasting notes about them.
I will make it my duty to post some tasting notes over the next few weeks for all the beers I have tasted but have no notes of.
In fact, I will taste all of my beers (whether I've previously done notes or not) and post notes, starting with the oldest and finishing with the newest.
Deal?

GM,
My wife is from WA, and my brother-in-law lives just around the corner from the Paddington, in Joondana (sp?).
So the prospects of me being (a) being in Perth; (b) near the Paddington; and (c) thirsty are not entirely out of the question.
I'll let you all know next time I'm heading over west.
Of course, there won't be any of my homebrews to be had, but I'm sure you can find a few cold ones for me to sample.
Cheers,
Oliver

Oliver,
Staggering distance from the Paddo must be great for a beer lover on holiday. If you come in a few months my espresso stout may even be ready.

Thanks Dogger,
Tell me, in Lucan where I understand it rarely reaches 0 degrees (32 F) at this time of year, how does one keep a brew at the right temp? Is your heater on all day and night?
Oliver, what does the jackets look like?

Gav,
Yes it gets cold, yes the furnace runs 24/7 so it keeps your beer Ok, Lagers better in the winter and actually, we don't really have any jackets, I was just pulling your leg

Hey, we could have jackets (not that we need them in Melbourne today, with the mercury tipped to get to 35C (close to 100F in the "old" money)).
What would we have on them?
I've thought about doing bumper stickers before with the web address on it.
Cheers,
Oliver
