Fermenter & airlock in fridge

I have the Amirillo Ale sitting in primary at about 22 degrees now and when fermentation has finished, want to rack it to secondary and stick it in the fridge for cold conditioning.
Problem is i only have a bar fridge to condition in (i havnt got room in my keg fridge) and the fermenter will just fit but not with airlock.
Instead of using the lid for my secondary should i just cover with glad wrap to seal ( with a pin hole for gas release) wich i do sometimes for my primary.
Or is there any other suggestions out there?
Cheers
