To make you need; 3 kilos of pale liquid malt,420 gms dried light malt,400 gms of candi sugar,400 gms wheat malt and 200 gms crystal malt.
During the last 10 mins. of the boil add 14 gms orange peel and 14 gms crushed coriander seeds.
Potential OG 1.062. ABV 6.2 to 6.5%.
Bitter to 32 IBU

After a bit of research on the net i found that this beer is actually a belgian ale.It's supposed to be highly carbonated and very refreshing.
