Well I've started my second brew which is a Nut Brown Ale, with some of Daves special mix of stuff instead of sugar, and some extra hops.

I put it all in on Wednesday @ a constant 26 degress, was bubbling away on thursday and now there is not action at all coming out of the airlock.

Whould I be worried?

No. Relax.

You might be worried, but only because you aren't having a beer at this moment. Get with the program!

I'm still new at this but from what i've seen and done already the higher temp would've finished it off sooner i'd say but leave it in there as long as you can and you'll get a far better beer from it.
And make sure you get stable readings before you bottle.

Yeah. I think I will leave all my beers in for 2 weeks no matter what the temps.

I don't really have room or time for racking ATM. Maybe one day if I can be bothered.

i know how frustrating it can be when there is no bubbling, but hey, is calming down now, and maybe there is a slight leek, so just relax.

Next time just tr to keep it a little cooler, like around 20 and you'll have days of airlock fun!

My firts beer (Coopers Larger) bubbled away for ages and this one only bubbled for a day. I know it's not a leak as when I press on the fermenter the water in the air lock rises (due to air pressure increasing)

I'll wait for 2 weeks and see how she turns out...fingers crossed.

try putting a book on top of the fermenter.. see if the water level rises and stays risen.

My Coopers fermenter also stands up to the airlock test but has a leak and therefore never bubbles anymore...... which kinda makes the coopers airlock test redundant
