My tried and true recipe is:

Brewcraft Dutch Lager
#60 kit converter
Saflager yeast
Made up to 22 litres

Comes out pretty damn close to the real thing

I had a couple of stubbies of Yebisu at Chocolate Buddha a few weeks ago. Not bad in comparison to some of the other things called beer that come from Asia.

i feel like ive won on one those gameshows :P

tell him what hes won bob!!

yeah, yebisu is a recommend for anyone trying to build some respect for asia, went to the brewery in the city of yebisu a few years ago and got to taste heaps, wound up drinking late nite with some drunken salarymen
mostly whiskey, but they took me to my limits

ahhhh, a vile whiskey hangover, i miss those days, laying in bed all day with the sweat and twitching..

now its just homebrew to sleep for me

I had a lot of fun in Seoul a few years ago. The locals - my exceedingly gracious hosts - tried valiantly to keep up with my thirst for beer. Strangely, the office was very quiet (empty) the next day after such evenings. :D
