Black and Tan?

I was thinking of brewing something like this

1 tin Wander Draught (which I happen to reckon is pretty good)
1 tin Coopers stout
1kg dark malt
Fuggles hops
SAFale04

What do you reckon? Is it OK to brew a draught and stout together?

Yeah that looks ok, it will be very heavy though.

If you have the fermenters, brew a batch of stout and a batch of bitter or IPA separately then combine them at bottling time. Someone I know does this and the results are impressive.

Thanks for the advise. As a matter of fact I do have two fermenters and both will be free next weekend when I bottle the Kilkenny clone in one.

I think I need to get some more bottles.

:D

Split a can of Coopers Stout and put half each into batches of Coopers Draught and Tooheys Draught. Didn't add any additional sugars or malts. Both beers relatively similiar with a great stouty taste. As a Tooheys Old drinker when at the local, I prefer my results.
