maple pale ale

bottled this last tuesday. prob too late to ask opinions on the recipe but would be interested in predictions anyway!
coops pa x2
LDME 1kg
dex 1.5kg
bh1 1kg
maple syrup 500g
15 kg cascade hops @ 5 mins
OG 1048
FG 1014? (Gotta buy a decent hydrometer. the bilo special does not suffice)

What yeast and final volume did you have?
Using 2 cans and all those extra fermentables I'm suprised that a kit yeast would be able to finish it all.

How many litres? That s a shirt load of fermentables.

To get an OG of 1.048 it must have been close to 40+ litres...
