Any thoughts?

I'm making a brew today.... want a good pale ale. I've made the Coopers before which was pretty good.

Feel like trying something different.

I have done an American Pale Ale made by E.S.B in the 3 kilo tin. All you do is add water. It turned out great, just went too quick. I will do it again for sure.
Depends on where you live though, i dont know if they sell it outside of Sydney.

I'll probably get flamed for this but I'm a big fan of the Cascade Pale Ale.

hell yeah, nothing like knowledge backed up with no experience. but we're getting there slowly. soon it'll be three fermenters rather than one. WOAH YEAH!
