Coopers wheat beer - the premium one

I'm just about to brew a Thomas Coopers wheat beer. I've done the common garden variety one to good effect before, but has anyone got a good recipe for the premium kit?
Any yeast or hops to add?
I'm getting my first brew down in my new houe, and the first this year after a busy time building. Damn freezing up here in Woodend.

1 Tin of Cooper Premium Wheat
1 x 1.5kg Coopers Wheat Malt
Wyeast 3068
Dry hop with 10-15g tettnang.
It's a lovely drop.

I love a good wheat. Saaz hops are always nice as an aroma addition to wheat beers. Dry hop or steep for 10 minutes in boiling water.
Unless you're really into the clovey, banana aromas of the classic German wheats I personally wouldn't bother with any fancy wheat yeasts. Just use a Coopers regular ale, or something similar, as it makes for milder taste and aroma profiles. It's up to you though.

just found among my supplies a Safale K97, a kilo of wheat enhancer and saaz. Have some casacde too, but may tick with saaz.
Thanks for the ideas. Keep em coming though. Gotta do some cleaning of the equipment.

I put this down last night but the temp in the laundry is about 16c. So far no action. I pitched at 25c. Should i raise the temperature to say 20c and keep it at that or will 16c be good enough for it to ferment?
OG was 1058 too.

the 16c laundry should be perfect. the brew will have gotten a decent start at 25c, and won't make it all the way down to 16c anyway, as fermentation makes a small amount of heat.

Yeah you should be right at that 16C temp, as long as the yeast is viable.

hi guys, new on here
i used it about 3 months ago
coopers premium wheat
500g wheat malt
500g light dry malt
zest of 2 oranges and 15 grams crushed coriander seed boiled for 20 at the start
k97
all that effort and i found cascade spicy ghost tastes almost the same with some coopers brew enhancer AGH!

You're easily pleased then...
It's a bit strange given that there's no wheat malt in Spicy Ghost.

should have added this earlier (disclamer) i never mentioned that i was pleased with the result
but what i have been trying to do is replicate a hoegarrden kit i purchased even more months earlier that was something along the lines of:
black rock whispering wheat
1kg brewcraft wheat malt brew improver
k97
zest and coriander
this i was pleased with, and so where all my mates and it didnt last long
still new at brewing, toyed with it as a kid when i didnt know brew shops existed and had some very shit beer... and then took it up again last december.

Sorry in relation to wheat yeasts they should actually be fermented a little higher than 16c, I'd recommend 20-24c, the higher temperature is recommended to bring out the banana esters (at 24c) or if you are after the clove esters (20c), fermenting cool wil inhibit both of these esters it will make a nice beer at 16c but will be very clean or neutral beer which isn't typical of wheat beers.
