We all go on about how to get the best beer head by using different concocktions of brewing sugars yet the best one I have done to date is the Coopers Bitter using just the Coopers Brewing Sugar. The beer is the best tasing one I have done and it keeps a beutiful creamy head all the way down to the bottom of the glass.
Sometimes the easiest method is the best.
