I've had a few ideas and wondered if anyone had tried these:
1) Putting a hop pellet into each bottle when bottling?
2) Put a hop plug into a blender before boil?
Just thinking of ways to get more aroma when I smell my brew

you do NOT want to put a hop pellet in each bottle, they disintegrate, you'd have bitsy beer
blending the hop plug probably wouldn't do much either; but you mention "before the boil" - are you boiling the hops? try chucking some in at the end of the boil instead, or even better, dry-hopping towards the end of fermentation, preferably when racking.

But it will settle out over time. Just like dry hopping in the fermenter

You could try a hop flower in the bottle.
I haven't tried it but chris. has (if memory serves me correctly)

will indeed, but it won't flocculate together like most yeasts tend to.

Of course! It'd be a mini organoleptic hop transducer!
Google if in doubt!
Cheers,
