Hello fellow brewers
heres an end of winter brew thats very nice to brew

tin of lager (any kind will do)
500 grams dark malt dry
500 grams light malt dry
20grams of halletau hops(10 mins flameout or just b4)
safelager yeast

i made 20 litres, brew ended at around 5.7%

For next version of my special german lager, i will be adding
to the ingrediants an extra choc malt liquid 1kg
which will make it it very close to a german dopplebock lager

cheers

Cheers Benjamin,
I was thinking along the same lines.... Going to use a Coopers Bavarian Lager Kit....looking for some spec. grains to go in as well. Looks good
Cheers
