Hi, want to put this one down in the next few day's, will it work or will the honey be too much? Also are rice hulls a must? If so how much does one use?

The honey shouldn't be too much. Beez Neez after all use 1/3 honey. And I think you'll find the sourness you get from the yeast should counter it anyway.

Can't really comment on the rice hulls though...

AFAIK, rice hulls are only important for high volume adjunct brews where a large portion (more than 35% or so) is unmalted grain, except sourgum, some rice, and grains which have no husk to aid in filtering.

ever mind, all mashed out. And at 76% efficiancy, pretty happy with that!

still tossing up to put the honey in or not.

ah well, i did, turns out i only bought a 400g thing of it anyway :oops:

smells pretty damn nice!
