New World India Pale Ale

whats your oppinion on this guys for an IPA style brew, ive already bought the Spec grains, Malt Cans ,Sugar and hops but im wandering if i should chuck in another 500g of LDME.

1.50 kg Coopers Light Malt Extract (2.6 SRM) Extract 36.41 %
1.50 kg Coopers Light Malt Extract [Boil for 5 min] Extract 36.41 %
0.25 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 6.07 %
0.25 kg Caramunich Malt (35.0 SRM) Grain 6.07 %
0.10 kg Caramel Wheat Malt (55.0 SRM) Grain 2.43 %
0.02 kg Chocolate Malt, Pale (250.0 SRM) Grain 0.49 %
20.00 gm Green Bullet [13.40 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop) Hops 16.5 IBU Pelltes
30.00 gm Cascade [8.30 %] (15 min) Hops 6.9 IBU Flowers
15.00 gm Monteuka [8.20 %] (15 min) Hops 3.4 IBU Flower

Chuck in the extra 500 gram of Malt and instead fill to 22 litres bring the Est OG to 1063 and the est alc to 6.25 % (without carb)?
by the way Monteuka was formerly know as "B Saaz"
any comments regarding the hopping would be appreciated, as is my first extract.
I was going to do a porter this brew, but i got an urge to do this, ill still do the porter next though (ive got the grains and hops ready to go).
