Calculate Parigyle Gravity - 2 Beers In 1

I am interested in calculating the gravity of two beers from a single mash. Where by it tells me the estimated gravity of the first runnings, and then the gravity of the second runnings after sparging.

Easy.....do as I do;

Step 1 - Buy a shitload of grain
Step 2 - Have a bigassed mashtun - I use a 10 Gallon mashtun
Step 3 - Buy a refractometer to accurately measure your runnings
Step 4 - Batch sparge - 1st sparge is one brew, the 2nd sparge is the next - just like CUB does with VB and Crown (oops, there goes a trade secret! :wink: )
Step 5 - Toss your efficiency calcs out the window, and
Step 6 - Buy more grain!

Cheers,
TL

Cheers TL, I found a bit of info, and a couple calculators that are quite good.

Yes I should have put that link up as well. A lot of what is contained in those calcs came from that article ;)
