Mate of mine had a Meteor (Laser sedan, basically). His party trick was to apply the handbrake, then smoke up the front tyres and universal joints.

It's a KE Ghia Laser, and the origin of my username.. first car some time ago. and no, there was no oil, no it's not the CV joints smoking, yes it was both tyres

the bit i won't tell you is that it was on dirt in Marysville state forest.
