Me 3. Have done the second (earlier) version twice and will do the first (latest, I think) version this week. One of my best ever brews. Unanimously popular with the visitors..........

As it happens, it was THE brew that converted me to doing partials and then AG, soon after. Thanks TL

Embarrassed to say i have not made this. About to add it to the list. Any more details on colour, IBUs etc

I just bought some fresh cascade, damn it smells sooooooo good and have more than enough amarillo to do it justice!

Dry hopping?

The latest recipe version is here...
The 24g of Amarillo with 15 to go in the boil gives a decent flavour hit, as does the 16g of Cascade at flameout. Feel free to dry hop but it's already at 38 IBU's so you may want to have a taste when you rack it to the fermenter.

Enjoy!
