G'day guys,
just wondering whether anyone has a decent recipe for furstenberg lager? It has a very distinct flavour which i think they get from the melanoidin grains? but i'm not sure. i have a feeling that apart from this, it might be very similar to the other german lager recipes. eg pilsner malt, perle/northern brewer bittering, hallertau/saaz flavour and aroma.
