Hi im new and am looking for some advice on my next brew. Anything would be appreciated. Im looking to brew a simply sessionable cerveza, current recipe is:

Coopers Mexican Cerveza
BE2 (possibly BE1 to keep the body lighter?)
12g Cluster (bittering)
Safale-05

I have no brewing fridge so i'll have to use safale 05 in order to get a pseudo-lager.
Any comments on the hop addition? Are cluster appropriate for a cervesa
Any other ideas for the kit or the kilo?

Thanks for any help

Galena and BE1 would be my choice. I would ferment as close to 15C as possible with the US-05 to keep ester production down.

Galena, dextrose and us-05 would be mine.

The #15 enhancer from Brewcraft is good with a Cerveza as well, don't ask me whats in it cause i haven't a clue, all i know is it goes well. Galena for hops
