Have you noticed the search function on this forum? :P

Coopers Brew Enhancer 1: 250g maltodextrin + 750g dextrose.
Coopers Brew Enhancer 2: 250g maltodextrin + 250g LDME + 500g dextrose.

The BE2 is better as it contains malt. But best of all is malt extract. I generally make my beers with the kit plus a kilo of LDME plus some finishing hops, and it's by far the tastiest option.

 sorry. I guess my secret is that I have a partial index of the forum in my brain because I've been around so long. So I tend to remember the keywords to search for to pinpoint the particular post I want.

Also worth a try is using google instead of the regular search function. Just put "site:www.homebrewandbeer.com" after your search terms in google and it'll restrict your search to this site.
