Pilsner

Im keen at trying out a pilsner. After searching on the net last night i found this recipe. What do you guys think and what type of yeast can i use or can i reculture from a commercial pils of any type???? Can i play around with it to make it better. Ive only done 1 pilsner and that was a year or 2 ago and that been K&k. Ive got a brew fridge so fermenting at lower temps aint a hassle.
1 can Coopers Liquid Malt Extract
1.5kg German Pilsner Malt grain
0.5kg Light Munich Malt grain
0.2kg Carapils Malt grain
12g Northern Brewer Hops Pellets (9.3%AA) @60 mins
30g Saaz Hops Pellets @ 1min
1 x Whirlfloc Tablet @ 15 mins
