Any opinions on this one?

23L

3kg LME
350g Crystal Malt
150g Smoked Peat Malt
45g Northern Brewer 90 mins
50g EKG 15 mins
Wyeast 1028

Dry hop with 23g Fuggles or Stryian Goldings

The smoked peat malt- doesn't it need mashing?

The recipe sounds tasty by the way. And I'd go the fuggles for dry hopping.

G'day Zuma,
Sorry to be a "johnny come lately" but smoked peat malt normally requires mashing. You would have had no major probs anyway if you steeped it at around 65-70C.
