Hey, Happy New Year and all that....
I bottled a Coopers Australian Pale Ale yesterday (4th Jan 2009) just the straight forward tin and brew enhancer 2, and I was wondering if this'll be ready on the 26th, or does this take a little longer? anyone have any idea?

Yep, it should carb up fine by then. Most beers that I've made are a bit rough around the edges when that young, but most were quite drinkable. If you're looking for an Australia Day quaffer, I think you'll be fine
