Hey Guys,

My name is Dave and I live in Darwin.

I have been brewing on and off for about 4 years and have been viewing this website for probably 2 of those, I havent logged in that long that I decided to make a new account and I have decided to give brewing a serious go and stick to it this time.
I bottle and keg my brews but havent gotten much into the experimental side which I'm hoping this site will help me with.
I tend to drink faster than I brew as well, so I'm off to buy a second fermenter today to keep up.
