Hi all, just sitting down to one of my Munich Lagers, latest one I did.
Taste and everything is real good, but one problem is that its a bit on the flat side? In all its ok but I wouldnt mind a bit more bubbles / head.
Recipe was ; Wander Munich Lager Tin, 1 kg Dextrose, 500g Malt. Fermented well, and it bottled nice and clear.
Bottled into long necks...Any ideas ?????............Cheers

How did you prime? Bulk prime, carb drops, prime measure into each bottle, etc?

The longnecks that you used, PET or glass?

G'day vinesy.
I had a Coopers Draught recently which i had to leave for 2 months before it had enough carbonation to drink. It too tasted good, fermented and bottled well, but was a bit flat for ages. I used carb drops, 2 per glass longneck. On advice from these forums i left it and it came up fine. Maybe you could do the same.
Cheers.

Happened to me with a batch of Best Bitter brewed last year.

I only primed with half my usual amount of caster sugar. Took about 2 months to get there, but it was worth the wait.
