1016 this morning, maybe I misread it or when I moved it I stirred up the yeast, or there was a glob of malt in the tap yesterday, anyway will check again tomorrow.

I got 1022 after nearly weeks at 20 to 24 deg, I know theres lots of malt but I expected below 1020

Was looking at the cans at the HBS today and realised I used Australian Draught not Stockmans Draught :?

Brought all the ingredients except the chinook during the week, and that is coming on wednesday, looking forward to this one. My biggest saucepan is only about 2.5l so was going to do 1l water plus the 1.5kg pale malt can. Is that ratio of malt/water likey to upset the recipe much?
