Re: Rekorderlig Cider
Are you willing to share your recipe?
I think its only marketed as a 'winter cider' because cider sales drop drastically in the colder months. The name will make it more likely for people to keep purchasing if it says 'Winter' on the bottle.

Re: Apple & Blackcurrant Cider
I'd steer clear of the champagne yeast if you don't like it too dry.
I would also ferment it without the extra sugar and then taste it before adding extra sugar. You might also find that you need to add some more blackcurrant, but a taste test after fermentation will tell you.

Re: Rekorderlig Cider
They are bringing out a Winter Cider soon.
Apple, Vanilla and Cinnamon.
Apparently it can be served cold or warm.

Apple & Blackcurrant Cider
I've come up with a simple recipe, I just thought I'd put it out there for some feedback before I commit to it.
Here it is:
16L apple juice
4L apple & Blackcurrant juice (not enough? Too much?)
500g Lactose (I'd like it sweet but not very sweet!)
Yeast (us-04, us-05, cider, champagne?)
