useing coopers and add some licorice ess. to brew for head, was told corn starch helps too
question is when do i pit it in and do i just dissolve it in water?

hi all ..made brew useing just bought juice and yeastand some apple and black current
worked well but gosh its dry/bitter
after 6 or 7 its ok
but would love it to be a lot sweeter
put down last lot with 1k dex mix before botteling would 2 or 3k help in 18 ltr,s
at moment im putting 60ml of cascade b ...

well ill be ....., tried first brew other day with 2 experts (older drinking daughters) nice shush as it opened plenty of bubbles in bottle very little sediment
girls said tastes like strongbow dry...
nice flavour, beautiful color little dry
SUCCESS..2 more brew in pipeline

hi all was going to bottle coopers stout today no bubbles for 3 days cold cond. in fridge for 4 days sg 1040 but figured idd do fg for notes and final fg of 1020 seems too high for me .tastes little fissy, does this mean it not fermented out or stout like that?should i bottle anyway or warm and see ...

well think my first brew is knackered,might have over cooked it
only went in 6 days ago ...has stopped bubbeling couldnt read temp when i put it away.
shoulda looked for glasses.
prob, didnt need heat lamp lmao
anyway ill leave it a week to settle ..the hydro. reads top mark on stick
so if it clears ...
