hey guys,,
i only started brewing this year
1st brew was the larger with the coopers kit
2nd was the larger again BUT tasted like crap,,i had to goto Sydney as my dad was on his death bed and left the sanitizer in for about 3 weeks and came home pored sanitizer out and made a brew and it was foul ...

I have a 15L reactor, and was going to make a 10L batch of alcoholic juice using the 2L-2.4L Berri pasturised juices that you find in the supermarket.
They are preservative free, so the fermentation shouldnt be a problem.

1 pinch of yest
and 100mls of hot to boliing water
400 mls of cold water
this is for 500 mls
if this works i will be testing 23 liters in ferment
