Thanks for the advice guys, but glad to report ferment has now died down and beer smells good, so it's looking good to bottle

I did read somewhere, a long time ago so I can't be specific, but it was mentioned that some Belgian brewers filter the beer and use a conditioning yeast in the bottle, can't authenticate this but from expreience, I've tried to get LaChouffe yeast to re-activate with no success.

Temperature Problem

Had a brew going for 3 days. Was sat at about 20c, however on a cold evening temp in the room where it was fermenting dropped, so I put a heater in. Didn't check setting on heater and next morning brew temp was 32c. Beer now back to 22c and seems to be fermenting ok. The question is will the ...
