Would like to make a batch up if someone has a tried and tested recipe?
I just threw this together going by there website info http://www.brewdog.com/media/downloads/ ... sheets.pdf
They state on the bottle that it's 65IBUs but I might just go light on for my first batch and try it out at 41, thoughts?
Do you guys think it sounds ok ? or should I balance out my 60min hops so it isn't so heavy on the Chinook just in case?
