Not on the computer so can't give you the actual numbers, only % s. If you haven't already got brewing software, grab one.

First beer, an english bitter of around 3.5%.

90% maris otter
5% caraaroma
5% wheat malt
Bitter with galena @ 60 to total IBU of 28
1g/L EKG @ 20
1g/L styrian goldings @ 0
OG 1.040

Brown/Dark

90% maris otter
5% caraaroma
5% choc malt
Fuggles @60 to total 30 IBU
1g/L fuggles @ 20 & 0
OG 1.045

Wrighty,

Here is a threads about the best brewing software.

Also, if you do a search you'll come up with further threads.

I'll preface this comment by saying that I haven't looked at BrewMate recently ... the brewing software that is right for you depends on what you're looking for it to do. BrewMate is a recipe designer, so if that's all you're looking for then it will be fine. BeerSmith on the other hand has many extra features that you may find handy.

Horses for courses.

Cheers,

Oliver
