my best beer to date has been a kit coopers bitter and a kit coopers lager in a 20L batch late hopped with 20grams of fuggles pellets. deep copper colour and a great fine creamy head. fermented at 20 degrees and left in the fermenter for 2 and half weeks. didn't bother to rack. just primed with 180 grams of dextrose. give it a try. not overly bitter but a good balance between the bitter flavours in the kit and the late aroma hops.
